What will be your main challenges?
- Provide a clear and effective launch process, understanding all Voodoo internal and external stakeholders constraints
- Monitor launched games through the lens of the (always refined) process to better convert launches into hits
- Analyze and challenge all the drivers of launches performance that the process is or should be include, including ensuring satisfactory Android launches
- Manage multiple launches at a time in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Work closely with Publishing and Marketing teams to monitor their performance when launching games and to identify new potential optimization levers
- Lead launch performance-related projects
What do we expect?
- Experience in consulting or finance
- Strong business acumen, a business degree is a plus
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
- Experience working with data visualization tools
What is your team about?
You will join a small and high-performing team. You will be responsible for finding and coaching studios, helping them create hit games and reporting to our Head of Publishing. The key part of your job will be to lead a studio from the prototyping stage to the creation of a hit game. Through your work, you will develop your skills and help us deliver fun and entertaining games to millions of people all around the world!
Based on our principles and values, you will have the chance to work closely as a part of our strong Publishing team, made up of 15 talented people from all over the world.
