Aristocrat is currently seeking a Knowledge Manager to join the Digital Asset and Workflow Team within Aristocrat Labs . The goal of this role is to improve collaboration, productivity, and access to information across the business through discovery, stakeholder engagement and deconstruction of existing information silos. Equal parts hands on and directive, this position will provide visibility and accessibility across the company by defining and implementing a unified information management strategy.

What You'll Do
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create cohesive content strategy across different business units, technology platforms and products
- Design, build, and manage an information portal that amalgamates current and legacy information silos
- Identify opportunities to centralize systems and information via migration, application integration, scripted workflows, templates, controlled vocabularies, etc
- Lead an information governance committee of key stakeholders such as technical writers, content creators, project managers to facilitate the creation of cross functional and cross business unit standards and best practices
- Deliver strategic company-wide programs and initiatives related to Knowledge Management, Documentation, and Training
- Create and maintain the Digital Assets and Workflow knowledge hub serving as the ideal and providing the information and training for emulation
What We're Looking For
Required Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience as an information professional at a globally dispersed enterprise company
- Extensive experience managing knowledge assets and delivering knowledge programs, including training, onboarding and internal marketing
- Successful track record building relationships with partners and teammates across product, priority, geographic and time differences
- Team player, with confidence to take the lead and affect change with influence
- Self-motivated, focused, and results-oriented
- Deep knowledge of Sharepoint or Confluence, and a willingness to work with both
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Education requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred, information/library science a plus
- Experience influencing others through a small team of direct reports, through work on projects and in teams, or through leading portions of larger projects
- Experience migrating data and systems in a live environment
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
