Knowledge Management Junior Tools Specialist (F/H)

Job Description

Within the Knowledge Management & Learning team of the Ubisoft group, you take part in major structuring projects to increase expertise and knowledge sharing, while improving and promoting collaboration. You especially aim to recommend and deploy the best collaboration solution, educate and support Ubisoft employees to ensure that the applications are used to their full potential and well integrated in the company ecosystem. You will work with all level of the business: communities, job families, projects, studios and subsidiaries.

You act as a first line of support for requests coming from Ubisoft employees regarding collaboration tools, with the support of Senior Tools Specialists.

You work with our internal teams to deploy collaboration spaces from our applications catalog:

1. analyzes and understanding their needs,

2. recommendation on appropriate features within our portfolio of collaboration products,

3. configuration of these products, and

4. creation of training material for the end-users and animators of these spaces.

You share collaboration best practices with the space animators, communicate on new product features and provide advices for their space animation and maintenance.

You contribute to the management and maintenance of a catalog of modules used to build our solutions,

You promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the teams.

Qualifications

Benefiting from a first experience within a knowledge management department (internship/apprenticeship included) within an international context, you seek to join a company that defines itself as "serious about fun". If the description below defines who you are, by all means contact us!

• You have good interpersonal communication skills both in French and English, oral and written
• You would be able to teach a 3 year old child about trigonometry, thanks to your popularization donations
• You excel in project management thanks to your ability to prioritise and effortlessly switch from one subject to the next
• You are passionate about new technologies et love working with a team
• If you have front-end development skills you get a bonus point (HMTL/CSS, JSON, ReactJS, PHP)
