We are an award winning digital product studio with over 250 people in 5 different studios across the globe (London, Malmö, New York, Lisbon and Tokyo).

For 17 years we have been helping our clients grow by creating innovative, engaging and beautiful digital products that evoke an emotional response. Humans are at the heart of everything we create and our processes and culture reflect this.

The projects we undertake vary from highly strategic discovery work to large-scale build projects and everything in between. Our clients include: The Body Coach, Google, The Co-op, Blackrock, Christie’s auction house, and many more. Check out our documentary about the incredibly transformative journey we’ve taken The Body Coach on. We will be returning to our studio space in Shoreditch, London when it is safe to do so. At ustwo we embrace flexibility but also thrive on the in person moments that make our studios such fun places to work. Please ensure that the commute to Shoreditch is one that you are comfortable with.

This is a 12 month contract and is ideal for a recent graduate with a few years of experience within a Business/Admin function.

The role

We are looking for someone to organise and curate our collective knowledge. As a project oriented business we generate a lot of knowledge through the process of delivering award-winning work for our clients. We’re looking for someone to design and bring to life systems and structures for capturing, organising, and making that knowledge referenceable. We also want to apply the same discipline to our business development efforts – organising and making referenceable our client proposals. The intention is to make all of this information readily available “at our fingertips” to improve our overall efficiency.

As our new Knowledge Coordinator your role has two aspects. The first is about structuring and populating an artefacts repository. The second is curating content for ease of reuse.

For creating the repository, you will gain an awareness of all the types of relevant artefacts we generate, and create a system to organise them in a way that makes them easy to locate and reuse. This would include developing naming conventions and designing filing structures as well as a way for people to discover what’s in the repository that is of value to them. You will work with our project teams and business team to ensure that pertinent information is archived in the repository. You will work with our Executive Delivery Director to develop policies for how and when teams contribute to the repository. You will be the champion of the studio following the policies. In our studio Friday afternoon meetings (FAM) you’ll regularly promote the use of the repository so that people remember to use it on new projects and in their everyday.

For the second aspect of the job, you will come to understand our processes and help create and maintain standardised tools (i.e. documents) for use on projects. This would include creating some standardised templates and supporting the creation of boilerplate documents. Working with our Marketing Team you will identify opportunities to refine the core parts of our offering and story. Allowing our marketing and business teams to create engaging assets for use throughout the respective funnels.

We’re looking for someone who is:

You are…

An individual who will effortlessly uphold, maintain, encourage and live the ustwo Values in all your day to day work, behaviours and actions.

As a certified B-Corp and an equal opportunity employer, we very much value diversity and inclusion. We believe diverse teams help us make better products and we actively hire for cultural growth. We seek people of all ages, stories and backgrounds.
