Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of active users across the world - and soon the moon! The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.
We're looking for an independent leader, strategic and experienced with managing knowledge bases, with a love of creating content - in any which way (written content, visual content and more)!
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the existing Help Centers - building, creating and improving procedures and content
- Develop our brand guide and tone of voice, content strategy, set KPIs
- Create and edit content according to the company's tone of voice
- Gather information from relevant stakeholders to create appropriate and accurate content
- Analytics, optimal search functionality, roadmap and priorities
- Identify knowledge gaps and missing content
- Maintain all content in multiple languages, work alongside translators to ensure all supported languages are updated and managed
- Adjust and update the material according to the evolution of the product
- Work closely with the Head of Support and Global Head of Support
Requirements
- 1+ years experience managing a Help Center
- 3+ years of content writing and editorial experience
- 1+ years in customer-facing environment
- Deep understanding of and passion for product, marketing and technology
- Excellent ability to explain complex content in an easy-to-follow way
- Experience in writing clear and concise procedural documentation for both technical and non-technical audience
- Native English speaker with excellent articulation skills
- Tech savvy with an understanding of the customer experience
