POSITION OVERVIEW
Sports Interactive are looking for a Junior Motion Designer to work across our Football Manager and Football Manager Touch games to help further bring our visuals to life.
You will be closely involved in the feature design process, with responsibility for identifying and producing animated UI elements. Knowing our games isn’t essential but understanding how to present football concepts in a fun, engaging and immersive way is.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce UI animations of a consistently high quality; always putting the user and usability first
- Collaborate with developers, QA, production and other designers to understand the requirements and iterate through early research to final UI animations
- Work with senior designers and production to develop and grow your skill set

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED
- A portfolio showcasing your best work
- Ability to produce high quality, visually appealing UI animations
- Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a close-knit team
- A passion for motion design
- A yearning to understand and meet the needs of the user
- Adept with Adobe After Effects, Principle or equivalent
DESIRABLE
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/XML or similar
- Interest in football or Football Manager
- Experience with Lottie
