Job Description Summary
Aristocrat continuously seeks opportunities to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our business. The New College Grad (NCG) Rotational Program is looking for upcoming college graduates to join our fast-paced organization and contribute to the innovative culture we strive to maintain. The NCG Rotational Program gives college graduates the opportunity to rotate through various rotations 3 months each for a period of 12 months, acquiring essential skills and knowledge along the way.
The mission of this program is to accelerate the development of knowledge and skills through experiences within Aristocrat to find the best fit for the individual and the organization, as well as find new and innovative ways to deliver quality Software Development solutions to Aristocrat.
In this program, you will work in our software development environment creating robust platforms and innovative gaming products for current and emerging markets. You will be responsible for code development, debugging, testing, and integration of software productsPay Range

- Learn and follow the Aristocrat software development process in task estimation, design, development, code reviews, unit/integration testing and defect fixing of products.
- Assist senior developers with the design of various software components, applications, and services.
- Work with senior staff to develop code that adheres to the written specifications.
- Participate in peer reviews of code design and written code as assigned.
- Document new/modified code and develop/automate unit and integration tests to verify the changes.
- Analyze existing software to debug and troubleshoot field issues that may arise.
- Participate as required in process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
