We are seeking a highly organized junior-level content project manager to join the Adjust and AppLovin content teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid project management and organizational skills to grow professionally in a fast-paced, highly creative work environment under the mentorship of a senior project manager and a global content team. In this role, you will oversee the project management of all content and strategic planning between our U.S. and EMEA-based writers and editors using an industry-leading work management tool. The perfect candidate will be hungry to learn, extremely attentive to detail, and an enthusiastic, hard-working team player with some knowledge of digital marketing, mobile marketing, and/or ad tech. Your Responsibilities:
- Support the overall strategic direction and execution of all content published in relation to the Adjust and AppLovin brands
- Be the gatekeeper for content requests from internal stakeholders and coordinate all projects and assignments through Asana for the content team based in EMEA and the U.S
- Track and evaluate progress and completion of content projects that filter through the content team
- Field, evaluate, prioritize, and schedule content requests from other departments
- Generate monthly content performance reports
- Help with editing content on a daily basis
- Manage freelancer relationships on a per-needed basis
- Some content editing required for blogs, reports, guides, and case studies
Your Profile:
- 2-3 years of experience in an editorial or content-focused professional role.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, Zoom, and other management tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Great interpersonal skills and an ability to humanize the process of project management.
- An eagerness to make the editorial process run smoothly and support all team members.
- A keen sense of grammar, spelling, and a sharp eye for basic content editing.
- Knowledge of marketing and a love of all things tech and mobile.
- Fast learner, creative and critical thinker.
- Basic understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
- An ability to work in the U.S. but coordinate with teams in other time zones.
