SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day.
As a Junior in Product Monetization, you will be responsible for setting the experience and incentive of our players, managing the day to day calendar utilizing behavioral insights, mathematical models, simulations, data analysis and A/B testing – you will be making the game more fun and increase engagement and monetization in the process. - Strong interest in live operations and monetization of mobile, F2P games.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good descriptive skills – able to pinpoint and efficiently translate what they experience when validating their work, providing feedback, or encountering issues.
- Not intimidated by the prospect of learning how to use new tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and validate data configuration updates, time-limited events, special offers, game feature testing, and more.
- Configure repeating game live ops based on existing templates.
- Share feedback and suggestions with the monetization team regarding general live ops strategy.
- Be able to create and maintain documentation for our proprietary tools.
- Assist the QA team by reviewing and offering feedback on their test cases for Live Operations related functionalities.
- Write a weekly report for live ops stakeholders,
- Communicate potential blockers and process improvements in order to streamline daily/weekly routines.
Requirements
- BA/BSC degree in: Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or any other quantitative field
- Excellent control with Excel
- A solid understanding of the key metrics used to monitor the performance of a live game.
- Knowledge of live operations in games and how they relate to key metrics and player motivation.
- Familiarity with Agile working processes.
- Experience as a user of workflow management tools (Office, Jira or project tracking software, Confluence or other wiki platforms, etc.)
- Experience in data analysis – advantage
- Experience in F2P online / mobile gaming – big advantage
