Junior Producer

About the role

• Supports UK Studio Head with all aspects of live show production, which may include casting, scheduling, budgeting, segment production, talent payment, writing, sound/music design, live streaming support, editing, and preparation of content.

• Manage live broadcasts from the booth which includes monitoring host performance, audience participation, host adherence to content guidelines, stream quality, etc.

• Help Manage the Studio’s hosting schedule, casting schedule, host back-fill schedules and Studio Head’s schedule.

• Segment produce marketing and social media videos, including storyboarding, shooting, rough editing and project management of final creative

• Assist with graphics creation, on-air ID creation, music/score creation, etc.

• Keep up to date on latest equipment, tools, software used in the streaming industry and provide recommendations to management teams to support company objectives and continually lower costs.

• Any other duties which may be reasonably assigned by executive management
• This is an office based role 40h a week, typically Monday-Friday but there may be adjustments to this on occasion

Requirements

• A keen interest in TV production and/or gaming
• Excellent time management and communication skills, with ability to prioritise and multitask
• Can work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Package
