Job Overview
Wargaming is looking to hire a PMO Analyst to support a wide range of business change and transformation project within the CFO Function. Details of the role are shown as follows.
This will be a contract role for an initial period of 6 months.
Reports To
The PMO Analyst will report to the Change Director.
What will you do?
Manage the day to day activities of the PMO function including:
- Liaison between a wide range of stakeholders from sponsors to project managers and SME’s to ensure that they maintain and prepare reports and updates as agreed;
- Run the arrangement & cadence of meetings to support the agreed governance frameworks for projects and programmes;
- Prepare reports for the Change Director (and programme managers as required) to support the informing and decision making at FET and with the Deputy CFO and CFO;
- Prepare weekly summary reports on Monday.com or other reporting tools as required for the status of the portfolio;
- Working with project leads on risk and issues management (RAID logs for example), tracking and escalating where necessary;
- Maintain project tooling (licences for example);
- Managing project documentation libraries in SharePoint or other repositories as required;
- Support the development of project plans;
- Manage the demand signals tracker for project activity (skills v capacity for example) across the portfolio of work and provide regular updates (frequency to be agreed).

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to co-ordinate multiple stakeholders who may have conflicting priorities;
- Excellent judgement and analytical skills;
- Ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a small function at the heart of the delivery of a wide portfolio of projects;
- Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines;
- First class communication skills with the ability to adapt communications to the audience and simplify complex matters;
- Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in project management;
- Capable of demonstrating complex problem-solving skills;
- Ability to configure and manage multiple project tools including MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Monday.Com and others as required to deliver the PMO function.

- Degree educated or equivalency through practical experience in organizing a wide variety of work-related activities.
- Willingness to develop professional project management skills.
