Here at Socialpoint, we are delighted to be looking for an IT specialist to join our Team.
What will you do in Social Point?
- Be part of a great team with a lot of knowledge and experience and a really good working environment!
- You will receive requests as first level from our own employees, and you will solve their issues (hardware/software issues and needs on their PCs, connectivity/network issues, backups, user management etc) or report them to your teammates.
- You will provide resources to our employees: new licenses, hardware and software support.
- You will take care of team administrative tasks like: Hardware inventory and purchases, stock control, license renewals, etc.
- Document tasks on our internal wiki, so our employees find easier how to solve common issues.
- Prepare full equipment for employee enrollments.
- You will maintain the office infrastructure and IT services: printers, meeting rooms, IT warehouse, network etc
This is you
- 1-2 years of experience as IT Support or Helpdesk technician
- Good English written/spoken level
- Good knowledge of both Windows and Mac OS X operating systems at user level
- iOS and Android at user level
- Neat and control freak: rigorous and exigent
- Knowledge on laptops and workstations hardware, peripherals and smartphones
- People skills

- Audiovisual solutions knowledge

- JIRA ticketing system
- Google software at user and administrative levels
- Linux Operating System at user level
- Active Directory
- Wired and wireless connection management.
