Job Description
At Ubisoft International Headquarters, you will join the International Human Resources Team, and more specifically the Talent Management Team. Under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager, you will participate in the driving of our performance management ecosystem (philosophy, processes and tools) so that each employee can reveal his or her full potential and contribute to the achievement of Ubisoft's long-term ambitions.
In this role, your main missions are:
- You participate in the HRIS governance of our performance management platform: in collaboration with the IT teams, you take part in the evolution of our platform, you gather the evolution needs and participate in the analysis phases;
- You contribute to the creation and updating of training materials related to the performance ecosystem (creation of guides and tools, structuring of e-learning courses, etc.);
- You communicate on our ecosystem and animate our performance community (coordination of group initiatives, content writing, organization of meetings).
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you have a first experience in HR project management in an international environment.

- Creative and dynamic, you have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong appetite for coordination between several interested parties.
- You already had the opportunity to use an SIRH tool and to understand the key issues of performance management.
- English (written and oral) is your friend, French is a plus.
- Finally, your entourage appreciates you for your sense of humor!
This position is a one-year fixed term contract, to be filled as soon as possible.
