Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design, prototype and iterate on assigned game features within project constraints (gameplay, systems, behaviors, menus, controls etc.)
- Implement features and game content using in house engine tools, and basic scripting.
- Produce clear and effective design documentation (wireframes, flows, spreadsheets) according to project standards
- Maintain a strong communication with the different department leads (Producers, creative directors, art directors, technical directors);
- Communicate your ideas and decisions in a clear and concise way
- Work closely with artists, programmers, and QA in an open collaborative environment
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Have a problem solving attitude
- Good knowledge of game mechanics;
- Ability to conceptualize, analyze and implement game ideas using various tools and technologies;
- Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
- Knowledge of image editing (mocking up) tools is a plus;
- Knowledge of game edition’s tools is a plus;
- Good video game culture and knowledge of games and the market.
