Job Description
Our new Junior Game Community Manager colleaguewill work within the larger marketing team and will have the opportunity to learn from and enjoy the support of other Game Community Managers and Product Marketing Managers.
In this position, you will be the main link between your game’s community and the production team, will engage with our players daily and make sure that we are providing the best possible gaming experience for them.
What will you do here?
- Build content calendars for our social media channels that help us achieve our goals
- Manage all social media content (copywriting, creative briefing)
- Analyze campaigns and translate data into recommendations for revising social media campaigns
- Be responsible for the community management on different platforms (generate hype, listen to feedback, report insights)
- Develop and expand community outreach efforts
- Liaise with the production team to make sure that the community is up to date with any changes that happen in the game, and report the community’s insights and feedback back to the team
- Identify trends/topical market research on both internal & external channels and report to internal teams in condensed and analyzed summaries
Qualifications
- Fluency in English is crucial in this role
- 1-3 years’ experience in social media campaign / community management
- Experience in content briefing and copywriting
- Creative, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
- Team player with the confidence to take initiative when necessary
- Passion for gaming
