Junior Event Officer

Job Description
What you will do:
- Create, develop, produce and deliver event from proposal right up to delivery.
- Timeline management: Set, communicate and maintain timelines on every project.
- Budget management: Deliver events on time, within budget and meet expectations.
- Event activities implementation, coordinate event set up/printing/production.
- Responsible for internal process & execution of Event Team: contract, purchase, budget sheet update.
- Event asset management: goodies stock, event props; vendor information, venue recommendation.
Qualifications
What you should be equipped with:
- Relevant working experience in event management (Event agency is preferred but not a must.)
- Fresh graduate with solid internship experience on event planning, implementing and management are welcome as well.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in PowerPoint. Fluent in speaking and writing English & Chinese.
- Creative, action oriented and detail oriented;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with cross functional partners;
- Clear logic, strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility and ownership. Willing to learn new concepts, knowledge, and processes.

- Familiar with VG industry and ACGN, able to have finger on the pulse.
- Familiar with Bilibili and other domestic and international UGC platforms.
