Junior Employer Branding Specialist

Job Description

Daily Responsibilities

• Coordinating the social media calendar, creating clear content plans, and posting on social media.
• Being involved in the process of developing events and employer branding campaigns.
• Drafting content as well as reviewing content from other internal business or marketing teams that can be used on our social channels.
• Co-creating internal content to help our employees become our ambassadors on social media, at industry conferences, events, and more.
• Coordinating asset creation — films, animated content, social content, graphics.
• Creating, cooperating, and maintaining relationships with universities.
• Monitoring key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of employment branding efforts.
• Cooperating with designers, copywriters, and other marketing experts.
• Involvement in HR, Internal Communication, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
• Updating the career site on demand

Qualifications

• Fluent English writer with excellent copywriting skills.
• At least one year of experience in a similar position.
• Strong interest in social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Enthusiasm for data-driven employer branding.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relations with internal stakeholders and teams in a multicultural global environment.
• A fast learner and creative thinker with a passion for working in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Knack for marketing — you know what will build a positive image of the company, how to show it off, and where.

Working mode

• Office-First: working primarily from the Warsaw studio for a minimum of 10 days per month.
