Junior Designer (Digital Artist / Animator)

Responsibilities :

• Compose, illustrate, and animate graphic, video and playable advertisements for AppLovin’s partners globally across a wide variety of mobile gaming genres.
• Animate 2D/3D objects depending on your creative specialization.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand campaign objectives.
• Optimize ads by ideating and creating high quality ads to meet those objectives.
  
  

Basic Qualifications :

• BA/BS degree in graphic design, media arts, illustration, animation, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere and Illustrator.
• Native level CN language skills (written & verbal) and working proficiency (written & verbal) in EN.
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
• Ability to grasp multiple design requirements with careful attention to detail.
• Results oriented and interested in working with data and cross-team stakeholders to produce high-engagement ads.
• Motivation to maintain and improve design standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Prior experience creating/editing mobile advertisements.
• Experience with 2D character animation.
• Experience with 3D modeling and animation is a plus!
• Game design or development experience is a plus!
• Marketing experience is a plus!
• Working proficiency in another foreign language is a plus!
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing.

工作职责：

• 为Applovin遍布全球的手机游戏合作伙伴创作及绘制动态图片，视频，及可试玩广告素材
• 根据你的技能，设计并制作2D/3D动画
• 与商务团队合作，了解合作伙伴的诉求和目标
• 不断优化，从而迭代出更高质量的广告素材
  

基本要求：

• 平面设计，多媒体，动画及相关领域的大学本科学位或同等资格学位及以上
• 熟练使用Adobe系列软件，包括Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator等
• 具备基本的英文说写能力，与全球的团队进行有效沟通
• 高效率的时间管理能力，在适当的辅导和监督下，能够根据判断任务的优先级并在规定时间内完成
• 重视细节，能够按照设计要求完成任务
• 以结果为导向，与跨职能团队开展合作，制作高质量的广告内容
• 有热情和动力不断学习和提高设计的标准

优先条件 ：

• 曾参与投放广告的制作流程
• 有2D人物动画制作的经验
• 有3D建模及动画经验者优先考虑
• 游戏爱好者，有游戏开发的相关经验
• 有市场营销的相关经验
• 掌握其他具有工作熟练度的外语
• 面对快速发展的行业环境，有较强的应变能力
