Junior Business Intelligence Analyst

Working Location
We are a mixture of remote and hybrid working. Our primary location and only hybrid office is in London and we have remote teams across locations globally which overlap well with the GMT time zone.
What we are looking for
We are a growing company in a game-changing interactive fashion technology platform sector looking for a junior-level business intelligence analyst to support our lead of business intelligence. Our company is focused on delivering innovative solutions to our internal and external teams by gathering data, data analysis and generating actionable insights using data analytics and we are looking for a talented individual to help us achieve our goals.
What you will do..
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making
- Liaise with the wider business to define requirements for reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools and develop and maintain them
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve business performance and present findings to the wider team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis as requested by management.
- Proactively monitor data quality, integrity, and accuracy, raise issues and work with colleagues from other disciplines to improve
- Continuously seek ways to improve data analysis and reporting processes.
What you will bring ..
- Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, business).
- Proficiency in SQL and demonstrable experience with data visualization tool Tableau.
- 1-2 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high focus on detail
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with database design, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of Python, R or other scripting languages is a plus.
- Driven to work in an exciting startup environment that is creating a breakthrough business model across gaming, e-commerce and advertising
