Are you a passionate and driven Audio Designe r ? Do you want to work with a fantastic team on our upcoming games, including IGI Origins ? AntiMatter Games are seeking a Junior A udio Designer to join our team .

We are keen to find someone who will be an integral part of the development team and bring diverse audio experience and knowledge, both in design and implementation with remote and hybrid working options available.

In order to be considered for this role you will need to provide a demo reel that is between 60 and 120 seconds

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will use your demonstrated ability to implement audio to a AAA standard , using Wwise
  • You will work heavily with DAWs and audio production tools , we use Reaper internally
  • You’ll be comfortable working individually and collaboratively in our teams
  • Deliver high quality assets and prototype s using Unreal Engine’s Blueprints

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have an understanding of setting up new systems within the engine and/or audio middleware to address new or changing needs for audio implementation
  • You have experience of working with Unreal Engine
  • You have experience planning and recording SFX and Foley
  • You are flexible able to work i n multiple areas of audio
  • You’ll have exceptional time management skills

BENEFICIAL SKILLS

  • A track record of working in an international environmen t
  • Understanding of live recording, mixing techniques, orchestral recordings and working with composers (no music composition required)
  • A basic understanding of coding principles , ideally C++
