Israel Facilities and Operation Manager

We are seeking a top-notch operation leader to join a team that works together with love across multiple disciplines that have a get it done attitude, attention to details and passion for solving problems. Our ideal candidate will also be a huge fan of AR/VR technology

The candidate will lead the Israeli facilities and site operation team, will be responsible for the site facilities management, on its two offices, safety, security, and procurement operation. Will work closely with an external safety officer and the facilities Management Company, making sure the Israeli company is compliant according to the Israeli law while meeting global Magic Leap standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Israeli site operation team
• End to end facilities management of all the offices in Israel
• Collaborating with the global facilities, safety, and security departments
• Manage the facilities management company
• In charge of getting all facilities projects done on time, within budget and with high quality
• Manages the daily Safety and Security operations in the Israeli site
• Ensure the site is compliance with applicable national regulations and in line with global standards
• Review, evaluate and update safety and security local policies and guidelines
• Manage the procurement operations activity
• Ability to work 2 days in Haifa office and 3 days in TLV office

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in managing operation group in a global company – High Tech company an advantage
• 3-5 years of experience in safety, security management in a global company – High Tech company an advantage
• Organized, analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solver, project management skills and a strong focus on results
• Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking)
