Rovio’s Investor Relations (IR) team is a small, but passionate and results driven team. Rovio IR serves analysts and investors, and coordinates Rovio's IR meetings and activities. The role of IR is to ensure that the markets have correct and sufficient information in order to determine the value of the Rovio share by providing up-to-date information about the company's operations, strategy and financial position to the capital markets. Our role is to release regulatory information to the markets, handle market inquiries, messaging, and ensure Rovio’s Board of Directors and Leadership Team is up to speed on the market feedback. IR team reports to Rovio Chief Financial Officer. Investor relations also aim to increase interest in the company among equity and debt investors as well as analysts, improve the loyalty of current shareholders and reach new investors and analysts interested in the company.
We are now looking for an Investor Relations Manager to help us elevate Rovio IR to a whole new level. You would play a key role in planning and executing Rovio’s IR strategy. Your responsibilities and tasks would include preparation of interim reports and financial statements bulletins with the IR team, the CFO, Group Accounting and the Business units. You would also manage and deliver Rovio’s IR calendar, investor meetings and calls, roadshow events and participation in investor conferences and other events. In addition you would help the IR team to manage all Rovio IR communication, such as stock exchange & press releases, newsletters and IR presentations for external and internal purposes such as Board updates. You would also lead Rovio’s state-of-the-art annual report project. In this role you would report to VP Investor Relations & Corporate Strategy (Head of IR).

Responsibilities:
- Support Head of IR and the team to develop and deliver Rovio’s IR strategy and related programs/priorities
- Manage and create IR communication material such as Rovio’s financial results, stock exchange & press releases, investor presentations and other content
- Assist with data collection/analysis and commentary for presentations, materials and executive prep for a variety of investor events, such as earnings calls, conferences, roadshows, investor days or otherwise
- Manage Rovio IR Calendar with the IR Team including conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, CMD and other investor meetings
- Lead in delivering a state-of-the-art Rovio Annual Report in process, content creation and project management
- Manage periodic research and analytical projects as requested, on a range of topics including, but not limited to, the company’s markets, financial performance, peer benchmarking, and related industry trends
Who we think will do great in this role has:
- Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, communication or other relevant area
- 3-5 years of work experience in investor relations, corporate communication, equity analyst or other financial/analytical experience
- Understanding of regulatory obligations and level of disclosed information as a publicly listed company
- Ability to analyse and understand financial statements
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality, error-free work
- Maturity to deal with confidential information, often under time constraints
- Great team player with an aptitude for a creative mind to think of new ways of doing IR communications
- Strong MS Office skills
- Fluency in both Finnish and English
