Job Description

In collaboration with his/her supervisor and production, participate actively and continuously in the improvement of processes
Participate in the development of procedures, administrative frameworks, standards and policies related to inventory management and equipment distribution
Implement performance indicators
Identify and follow up with the departments and employees concerned on uncompleted transactions in the database that affect inventory values
Analyze cyclical inventories on different products and identify discrepancies
Notify immediate supervisor of any anomalies regarding inventory, import and export of merchandise
Ensure that the inventory of active products is properly maintained for all locations
Assist his/her superior in various projects
Promote best practices and the mission of operational analysis
Participate in department meetings
Manage small and medium size projects
All other related tasks

Qualifications

College diploma in administration/technical studies in industrial engineering or have training relevant to the position.

Relevant Experience:

4 years of relevant experience related to the responsibilities of the position including at least 3 years of experience in process change
