Internship in the IT Service Desk Team

Responsibilities

✓ Providing the employer's staff with support for everyday IT work in Polish and English.
✓ Support for the IT Service Desk ticketing system.
✓ Configuration and support of mobile devices.
✓ Configuration of workstations as well as devices and programs necessary for the work of the staff.
✓ Basic analysis of network problems.
✓ Maintenance and care for the efficiency of the Customer's equipment.
✓ Maintaining order and easy access to tools used by employees of the IT department.
✓ Preparation and transfer of reports on the performed tasks.
✓ Keeping documentation of entrusted tasks.

Qualifications

Please apply only if you say YES to all of the points listed below:

✓ You are at least 18 years old.
✓ You are a fresh high school graduate or a university student.
✓ You are going to reside in Poland throughout the whole internship.
✓ You are available from the beginning of July until the end of September (40h/week).

And additionally

✓ Fluent English and Polish.
✓ Knowledge of TCP/IP.
✓ Knowledge of network devices (configuration and administration).
✓ Knowledge of Windows 10 and Apple’s OS as well.
✓ Good communication skills.
✓ Meticulousness in performing given tasks.
✓ Good knowledge of an PC’s hardware.

Additional Information

• We provide a contract of mandate, the internship is fully paid.
• Employment from the beginning of July until the end of September.
