Magic Leap is looking for a Senior, Employee Experience Project Manager to join our talented and growing team. This newly created role will partner with and report into our Head of Employee Experience and also work closely with the rest of the Human Resources team. The Senior Employee Experience Project Manager, will drive employee engagement and create an experience for our employees that makes Magic Leap the career destination for those interested in Augmented Reality. This role will also project manage our Global Internship and Fellowship programs.
What you’ll do:
- Project manage our Global Internship and Fellowship programs including strategy and logistics (allocation of interns/fellows to teams, collecting/posting job descriptions, managing program budget, managing communications and logistics, designing and delivering the intern/fellow experience).
- Build relationships with and serve as liaison and guide to help interns/fellows to prepare for and be successful in their experience at Magic Leap.
- Create, manage, and deliver weekly events for Magic Leap with a focus on fostering an inclusive and engaging experience for all employees inclusive of interns/fellows.
- Manage, support, and enhance the new hire orientation program for all employees.
- Manage and support global recognition efforts.
- Create an alumni community and network.
- Manage the Employee Experience Calendar.
- Support and deliver on other Employee Experience priorities.
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Exceptional communications skills
- Exceptional at building relationships with people across levels and geographies
- Experience working with global and remote teams
- Experience coordinating end-to-end programs across multiple geographies
- Demonstrated record of driving engagement and inclusion within or outside the workplace
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A mindset and approach that aligns with our core values (Unity, User-Centricity, Innovation)
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and highest levels of accuracy
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills a plus
