Internship July 2021 – Community Engagement Assistant EMEA (H/F)

Job Description

As part of the EMEA HQ Community Engagement team, you will participate in the global coordination of our Community Ambassador Programs, creating stronger bonds with core communities of our games. Engaging with Content Creators, Cosplayers, Fan Artists and more from all across the world, these programs offer a unique and VIP experience to our most invested players.

Reporting to the Senior Community Engagement Manager, you will support with the running of the Siege Champions Program, a Community Ambassador Program for Rainbow Six Siege. In this position, you will work closely with Studio teams, EMEA HQ marketing and communications, and an international network of local subsidiaries.

You will participate in the deployment of the program's long-tail strategy and timeline, through the following missions:

• Project management: global coordination and follow-up of activities at a global and local level,
• Content production: coordination with internal and external teams to produce varying types of content for the program, such as live events, digital assets, goodies, etc..
• Help with the implementation of the internal communication plan: ensure internal visibility of the project via local team follow ups and reports on the activities of the members for top management,
• Support on transversal subjects that impact the different existing programs: process, tools, reporting, benchmarking, ...

Qualifications

• Being a student and completely fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills, is a must (please note, the final interview(s) will be held in English).
• Impeccable organizational and time management skills, creative and proactive, able to take full ownership of your deliveries.
• A knowledge of gaming communities and influencers a necessity, that you will be able to communicate during the interview.
• Sincere interest in video games. A passion for FPS, Rainbow Six Siege, Esports a plus.
• Ability to work in an international and bilingual environment.
• Ability and willingness to tackle tasks big and small, an analytical eye, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask and keep a cool head under pressure.
