Internship - IT Generalist

As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for an Intern IT Generalist to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues for end-users
• Help with setting up and configuring IT equipment like laptops and desktops
• Support Active Directory user management and permissions
• Assist with updating the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Provide basic support in configuring Windows operating systems
• Help with documentation of IT processes and procedures

Requirements

• Education in system administration or relevant educational track
• Foundational knowledge of Windows / Linux, virtual machines, server environments
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work well in teams, to cooperate and communicate with other people in the studio
• Easily able to adapt to changing conditions in a fast paced environment
