International Tax Manager

This role is based in the Company’s Henderson, NV office.

The International Tax Manager will report to the VP of Tax and will be responsible for managing the tax provision for all foreign subsidiaries and the international tax compliance workstream. Responsibilities

• Lead the quarterly and annual tax provision processes for all foreign subsidiaries, including GILTI review, UTP analysis, RTP analysis and tax accounts management
• Manage international tax compliance requirements, including review of 5471s and GILTI-related items and management of indirect taxes
• Manage all other international tax workflows, such as E&P studies, transfer pricing analysis, MDR reporting, withholding tax requirements, FBAR reporting, etc.
• Support corporate tax process improvements, including software implementation as necessary
• Research tax implications of significant transactions and draft technical tax memos to document tax positions
• Identify and implement strategies for tax savings opportunities and risk minimization
• Liaise with subsidiary controllers to ensure effective communication & tax processes
• Support tax audits in various jurisdictions world-wide

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 7+ years of relevant international tax experience in Big 4 and/or multi-national public company
• Advanced Excel skills
• Advanced tax research skills in Checkpoint
• CPA is preferred
• Master’s degree in Business Taxation is preferred
• Onesource Tax Provision experience is preferred
