Being part of Montreuil production studio, you will join the production team of Just Dance!

Responsibilities

The International Product Manager will collaborate with the International Brand Strategy team to produce the marketing strategy for Just Dance, translate them into communications tactics, produce marketing deliverables, and ensure their organization and quality. The role reports to the Senior International Brand Manager.

Support the Brand strategy

- Understand and spread the Brand pillars (vision, DNA, …) in all projects

- Support the Brand Manager on the creation and launch of quantitative and qualitative studies on the Brand

- Provide creative ideas and elaborate marketing actions concepts (Digital, Entertainment)

- Work on the creation of a Brand Style Guide with the content team

Support the Brand team in deploying marketing actions

- Participate in crafting marketing actions to deploy the global strategy

- Coordinate the communication with Business and Diversification teams and bring an operational support on upcoming projects for the Brand outside the videogame (esports, new business opportunities, movie, etc)

- Creation of presentations for the game (internal gates, global recaps…) and Brand projects for internal and external stakeholders

- Follow the production of visual assets, participate in creative brainstorms

- Benchmark competitors and watch the evolution of the different communication channels

Support and deploy the digital and social Brand strategy, with ComDev and Business teams

Ensure a regular communication between Brand, Prod and other internal teams

- Create and share benchmarks on video game and entertainment market, tech trends, user feedbacks…

- Communicate on the Brand performances and metrics

- Organize internal events and coordinate with the internal communication department

- Reinforce bridges between the brand team and the content/prod team

Qualifications

Training

University or business school Master degree in the marketing field or equivalent training

Relevant Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, events or equivalent experience in the Entertainment industry preferably

Skills and Knowledge

- Leadership

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Functional bilingualism (French-English)

- Ability to parse complex amounts of data into actionable insights

- Extensive knowledge of the video game market and industry is a plus

- Interest in pop culture

- Ability to adapt and manage change

- Ability to effectively manage concurrent projects (multitasking)

- Solutions & results focus

- Client and user focus

- Ability to defend one's point of view, even when unpopular

- Knowledge of the North-American or Asian market is a plus

This position is available immediately at Montreuil.
