International Product Manager - Live Games

Job Description
- Identify the game’s target audience, positioning, values, and selling points.
- Define the brand identity (brand guidelines, style guide, and key art) and the marketing strategy with the core development team and management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (PR, Consumer Marketing Knowledge, Community development, marketing media…) and execute the marketing strategy to create brand awareness, acquisition and generate traffic including PR, events, promotions and partnership programs, social marketing actions, traffic acquisition recommendations, etc.
- Manage the marketing deliverables: keep up to date a reliable planning, create the marketing deliverables and make sure the marketing assets are aligned with the global brand identity.
- Assess the performance of the deliverables by working with Data analysts, setting up tests for key deliverables (ads, trailer) and consulting buzz analysis tools to optimize acquisition and continuously improve the game.
- Support the development and business teams with pitch docs for internal and external partners, licensors and game’s promotional tools: mood and product videos, 2D assets, screenshots.
- Conduct market research, competition benchmarks, and consumer studies to feed the management, production, and business teams. Make recommendations to improve the game or the strategy.
- Oversee the community development strategy, and give the means to players to create, distribute and promote their own content.
Qualifications
- Five years working experience in Marketing Industry
- Extensive knowledge of the video game market and industry.
- Passionate about live games and e-sports
- Outstanding Project Management skill
- Exceptional organization and communication skills
- Master different medias (digital marketing, Viral, events…)
- Ability to parse complex amounts of data into actionable insights
- Ability to adapt and manage change
- Solutions & results focus
- Client and user focus

We are looking for an International Product Manager with proven successes working in the gaming industry to work on Brawlhalla, a free to play fighting game.
You will be part of the International Brand Strategy team, whose role is to lead the marketing strategy of the brand through all phases of launch and post-launch. The team is responsible for the brand strategy, as well as producing and delivering global marketing assets, influencing the product quality, and executing the marketing plans and communication.
As the International Product Manager, you will manage, launch, promote and sustain Brawlhalla.
