International Mobility Specialist

Job Description

Behaviour Interactive wishes to hire an international mobility specialist who will actively participate in day-to-day management, tracking of immigration files, and employee relocation. The successful candidate will provide consulting services to business partners, employees and managers.

In addition, he or she will conduct a variety of data analysis to support decision making and collaborate on improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage immigration files, including applications and renewals of work permits, and the review of CSQ and Permanent Residence applications;
• Advise and respond to immigration inquiries from employees and ensure that updates and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner;
• Stay up to date on immigration laws, regulations, and other legislation;
• Coordinate the relocation process of international applicants including if needed.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Minimum 2 (two) years of experience managing immigration files;
• Good understanding of immigration rules and laws;
• Member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (an asset)
• Bilingualism (French and English written and spoken);
• Possession of a driving license.
