International HR Projects assistant (H/F/NB) - Apprendiceship

Job Description
You will work in the Human Resources team at the Head Office of the creative studios. Reporting to the Human Resources Director of the QC (Quality Control) studios, you will participate in the development and deployment of HR projects on an international scope (Europe, India, Canada).
You will interact daily in French and English with internal partners (HR & Operations) based at headquarters and in our studios abroad.
Your tasks:
- HR Analytics:
- You are in charge of the quality of the data on your perimeter
- You will manage, structure and improve HR reporting
- You will produce and share monthly HR KPIs with top management
- Organizational design:
- You know and map the organizations of the studios you support
- You propose organizational changes
- HR processes:
- You will support the HRD on all annual HR processes: performance review, annual increases, succession planning, etc.
- Change management:
- Depending on the strategic priorities and your personal appetite, you will work on a project involving change management at the level of your studios
Qualifications
- Motivation, curiosity, and adaptability will be the key words for your experience at Ubisoft!
- An appetite for data and a good knowledge of Excel will be major assets to carry out your missions successfully
- Thanks to a first experience (professional, associative, etc), you have developed organizational and data management skills
- The position is international in scope and fluency in English is required

- This is a one-year work-study position to be filled from September 2022. Partial telecommuting possible.
