Your Mission
In the is role, you will partner with a global team to further a culture of inclusion and belonging across our enterprise, guiding the regional approach to engage and retain diverse talent in EMEA & APAC. Working in close collaboration with the DE&I team, Head of HR and business leaders in the region you will drive the implementation of the Global DE&I Strategy, ensuring Employee Networks are supported, learning programmes meet business needs and DE&I practices are embedded throughout the business.
This role includes, but is not limited to the following tasks/duties:
Grow Company's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Through a Regional Approach
- Help set diversity, equity & inclusion objectives for the regions
- Ensure diversity, equity & inclusion objectives are a part of leadership goals and regular leadership decisions
- Collaboratively develop a diversity, equity & inclusion scorecard across multiple business groups and geographies
- Provide access to progress towards our objectives and scorecard; advise leaders (business and HR) on how to further increase diversity, equity and inclusion
Employee Networks
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of Employee Networks (Employee Resource Groups) in partnership with the Global Employee Networks Lead
- Priority focus areas are Europe and Asia multi-cultural, women and LGBTQ+ networks
- Grow regional participation and engagement in each of the Employee Networks
- Maintain relationships with global and regional Employee Network leaders and key partners to ensure continuous engagement and leadership
- Ensure that game teams (with an emphasis on King) receive timely feedback from relevant Employee Networks
- Facilitate collaboration across partner groups, including business units (Activision, Blizzard, King), regions (Europe, Asia) and Employee Networks
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Understand regional DE&I L&D opportunities, consult with the HR team and help address training needs for all employees
- Support rollout and implementation of global programmes in region while also helping to craft and implement localized learning & development solutions related to diversity & inclusion
Player Profile
Experience
- Extensive prior work experience in a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion role formally owning the development and implementation of enterprise wide DE&I programs, processes and metrics
- Previous professional experience within employee experience, culture, diversity, equity & inclusion or similar
- Experience working with individual contributors, technical specialists, managers, and executives across a global organization.
- Passion for games/tech/entertainment industry; previous experience in games / tech / entertainment industry preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent project management skills together with the ability to work autonomously and pro-actively in a fast-paced, matrix and complex, agile environment.
- Ability to influence and partner with business units and HR leads to optimally drive initiatives, to gain alignment and support.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to make recommendations to key partners, business leaders and HR.
- Ability to establish relationships and deepen connection at all levels and all dimensions of diversity across the organization, both virtually and in person.
- Shifts quickly into action and provides regular communication and updates on progress against objectives.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
