The Challenge
We are searching for an International Communications Specialist to join our International Benefits team in London, on an initial 22 Month Fixed Term Contract!
The Specialist, International Benefits Communications role is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, dynamic team at a highly successful, forward-thinking video game company with over 11,000 employees in 23 different countries.
This position will play a key role in establishing a benefits brand and communications strategy as well as educating employees and conveying the value of our benefits across all labels and locations. The role will support our inclusive culture and help set the tone across the Company by collaborating with our colleagues within T2 and at the labels and connecting with our employees through many communications channels in a fresh and engaging manner.

What You’ll Take On
- Collaborate with benefits team colleagues, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to create inclusive benefits communication strategies with special focus on locations outside North America, and with sensitivity to differences in language and culture.
- Develop a global benefits brand to help drive the employee value proposition.
- Establish a library of benefits summaries/guides/resources, including materials for our global wellbeing programs.
- Establish and manage a communications review and approval process across all labels to obtain valuable feedback, build stakeholder support and optimise efficiency.
- Draft and work with designers to create bespoke communications to support benefits implementations, acquisitions, renewals, re-designs, etc.
- Collaborate with Director, Internal Communications to develop an internal voice and tone.
- Support benefits communications for key executives, including emails, talking points and presentations.
- Reflect the employee and/or studio voice in messaging.
- Leverage provider, consultant and broker materials and expertise to maximise communications impact, usage and understanding of benefits.
- Serve as trusted benefits communications lead for timely and sensitive issues.
- Partner with internal and external design teams to craft visually engaging messages on various platforms (email, intranet, Slack channels, etc.).
- Create and own the benefits communication calendar.
- Transition the creation and updating of existing pieces from external communication consultants and designers to internal resources and platforms where possible.
- Collaborate with the North American benefits team on global initiatives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5-7 years of experience in internal HR and ideally, benefits, communications.
- Excellent ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling, transparent messaging.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong proofreading and copyediting skills.
- An inclusive approach with the ability to build and manage relationships, share knowledge and influence others.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence across all levels and functions.
- An understanding of the need to grasp and validate the existing culture and a willingness to ask questions and learn vs. telling and doing.
- Ability to identify areas of improvement within communications and keep content as concise as possible.
- Strong sense of self-awareness and the proven ability to lead and collaborate in an exciting and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and be part of a lean and nimble team.
- Sound judgment, confidence, refinement and energy.
- Ability to build and develop relationships with cross functional team members and partners.
- Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to project manage and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in hybrid work environment.
- The ability to be flexible, shift with the needs of the business, and perform well under pressure.
