We’re looking for an Internal Recruiter to join the hiring team at Supermassive Games!
The Role
Working on an allocation of assigned open vacancies across a range of disciplines, you’d be responsible for managing the recruitment pipeline to ensure hiring needs are met effectively and efficiently, that candidates have an excellent experience and interaction with us, and ensuring we continue to raise our profile and reputation across the industry and job market.
Duties would include:
- Management of all incoming applications into the Applicant Tracking System
- Conducting screening calls with candidates to determine suitability
- Liaising with hiring managers regarding applications
- Proactively utilising sourcing databases (such as LinkedIn) to identify and approach qualified candidates
- Working closely with recruitment agencies on assigned roles
- Liaising with candidates, agencies and Recruitment Administrator to arrange interviews
- Issuing verbal offers to candidates
- Working closely with Recruitment Lead to ensure relevant roles are advertised and promoted on job boards and social media channels as required
Requirements
Required skills and experience:
- Prior experience within a recruitment or talent sourcing role
- Strong interpersonal skills – engaging, enthusiastic and passionate
- Comfortable working with high volume, easily able to re-prioritise workload throughout the day
- Excellent team player – a collaborative and flexible approach to work, eager to support team members to achieve the common goal
- Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System
- Competent user of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Have experience of recruiting within a creative industry
- Enjoy playing video games
- Having an understanding or awareness of the different specialisms and roles in the games industry
- Have experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter
