Internal Community Developer (6 months contract)

Job Description
As a member of the Content & Community team in the Knowledge Management department within Ubisoft, the internal community developer supports in-house communities around core domains such as production, topical, events, interest. By identifying, promoting and coaching strategic these groups, you will facilitate the capture and sharing of key knowledge aligned with our strategic priorities.
Responsabilities
- Help Ubisoft’s teams to identify and access information, expertise and resources needed to perform;
- Support communities with their internal visibility, sharing, and interactions by accompanying them in defining their needs;
- Help Communities define a strategy and choose & set up the right tools to reach their objectives;
- Accompany teams and other internal community developers in defining effective and sustainable community strategies for targeted audiences;
- Develop and animate a community practice for internal community managers.
- Moderate and animate Ubisoft’s internal community by creating relevant content for our internal social networks, organizing sharing events and proposing engagement strategies with the goal to promote internal expertise and knowledge;
- Identify potential communities aligned with Ubisoft’s strategic communities and propose community activations to engage appropriate audiences;
- Track community key performance indicators around knowledge capture and sharing metrics, conduct surveys and report results;
- Document and share best practices on community management, improving our toolkit for internal community leads;
- Promote community management tools and platforms by providing training, support and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in community management, animation, moderation or development, ideally in the entertainment or technology sector such as video game and media;
- Knowledge of digital content production, online community management and event organization;
- Skill in coaching, supporting and training;
- Capability of building communities of practice and/or online communities is an asset;
- Experience hosting or facilitating workshops;
- Capacity to juggle strategic planning with operational tasks execution.
