About the Position

The Internal Comms Producer will manage Twitch’s weekly All Hands program from end to end, including everything from content strategy to the viewer experience. You will report to the Head of Internal Communications and partner with senior leadership, business unit leads, employee experience, and the broader communications teams to foster belonging and help keep our people around the globe informed and engaged through our most important channel — our weekly All Hands.

You are a storyteller at heart with a passion for producing live events. You’ll manage our weekly All Hands to help inform and drive strategic alignment across the company and keep our people engaged. You will work closely with the executive team and provide counsel on how to use the All Hands to share progress on corporate strategy, company-wide news and announcements, and find creative ways to amplify the best of our Community on Twitch and at Twitch. You’ll work to make this event a best-in-class experience for our people regardless of where they sit around the globe.

The ideal candidate is people-oriented and culturally attuned, with a passion for Twitch, our Community, and our people. You are comfortable with highly structured work as well as ambiguity, content strategy as well as detail-oriented execution. You can lead with influence and are confident and comfortable working closely with founders and senior executives.
