YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE
Reporting to our Studio Communication Manager, you are the internal face and lead of Ubisoft Singapore's workplace culture. You strive to embody our culture and values and encourage, engage, and inspire our team members to be their very best.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead effective internal communications that engage our team members and guide culture
- Deliver on internal communications campaigns that align with studio strategy
- Input into and take ownership of quarterly internal communications plans
- Coordinate with teams to ensure communications are integrated with social, external, partners, etc.
- Stay abreast of topics related to our projects and the global Ubisoft group and communicate these where appropriate
- Be the internal champion of studio life and live our studio pillars, values and culture
- Determine KPIs for measuring the success of internal communications
- Be the advocate for our ERGs, employer branding, workplace culture, diversity and inclusion, green committee, and other taskforces
- Amplify the efforts of other teams where they relate to team member well-being, studio communications and policy
- Ensure all team members and leads have the necessary information to address key issues
- Provide strategic counsel on sensitive topics
- Draft, review and/or advise upon studio-wide communications
- Coach managers and leaders on effective communications
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING
- A passion for video games and video game culture. You might be at odds with yourself as to whether your left-hand home row is ASDF or WASD.
- Background and/or interest in cinematography and photography -- we are a team of creatives and everyone provides input into our edits. You might find that you're our stand-in B-cam operator.
- A technical background highly preferred -- We work with amazingly talented experts in their field. You won't be expected to code in C++ but if you have before, you'll have deeper insight and be able to tell better stories.
- Familiarity with project management software and frameworks -- At the very least you're a list master, but if you're familiar with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and tools like Trello, MS Planner, Miro, etc., you'll be ahead of the curve. Proficiency in Office 365 is required.
- A demonstrable, strong eye for detail and superior command of verbal and written English
- Easily adapt to where and who you work with -- we're a dynamic team that works virtually, at home, at the studio, while on film shoots! Our teams work and play across cultures, time zones, pressure, and expertise too.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Background and/or interest in understanding and supporting the progression of societal issues. These include gender diversity, LGBTQI+ rights, unconscious bias, climate change, racial injustice, and sustainability.
