This role will be based in the UK, at our Soho Office or Ditton Park Office. Due to COVID-19, this role will initially be working from home until the offices reopen.
Our Soho office is in the cultural heart of London’s West End with a vast array of classic record shop and leading film companies, media offices and great restaurants. Regent’s Park is close enough for a lunchtime run, as are the delights of Piccadilly Circus and the shopping mecca of Oxford Street. It is conveniently just walking distance from a number of London tube stations and mainline train stations.
Our office in Ditton Park is our Campus, set in 200 acres of landscaped parkland, it houses a number of great amenities as well as great transport links. The Amenities here are: tennis courts, an onsite gym, full restaurant style canteen and café. It is conveniently close to Junction 5 of the M4 giving a direct links to central London, the M25 and Heathrow airport.

Your Mission
As an Internal Communications Manager - Interim you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day internal communications projects in EMEA. You will support the Senior Director Communications to deliver content for internal memos, regular multi-site Townhalls and support other Internal Comms initiatives. You will thrive in an energetic team environment, will be highly organised and able to work independently, while contributing to the goals of the team.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for helping to plan and execute the Company’s Internal Comms initiatives across EMEA
- Partner with team members and other key stakeholders (from peers to HR and executive leadership) to deliver end-to-end communications plans for internal announcements, relevant news and events.
- Project Manage key internal comms projects, related to organisational change, building employee engagement, trust and belief in the EMEA business.
- Establish new internal processes to ensure consistent and streamlined communications across the business functions and locations, helping functional departments to ‘self-serve’ day-to-day business updates
- Author and manage the delivery of Leadership content and create additional opportunities to connect the business strategy to employees’ day-to-day work.
- Collaborate closely with Internal Communications team in global HQ, to ensure EMEA projects are delivered in-line with global internal communications strategy.
- Manage external consultancies who also support internal comms projects.
- Review analytics/reporting and identify and provide actionable insights for continued improvement.
Player Profile
This role is a manager level, fixed term position for 12 months. - A Degree level Education (preferred) or have relevant experience required for the role.
- Clear self-motivation with a history of exceeding high-performance standards.
- Ability to build productive relationships by using your excellent written and verbal English skills along with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Demonstrable experience in self-prioritizing of work and appropriately responses to urgent matters.
- A willingness to travel should it be required in role, if and when travel is safe and permitted by the company.
- A solutions-oriented mindset, you can understand complex problems or situations, are proactive in developing your own ideas to problem-solve and articulate your solutions clearly to those working with you.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and multi-tasking projects to a high standard of delivery.
- You will be a confident, proactive and approachable personality that oozes team spirit with the added extra of being a go-getter.
- You are ambitious and tenacious in nature who can work autonomously when required.
- 8-10 years of experience within Internal Communications, Corporate Communications or Change Management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, in English.
