What You’ll Take On
Interacting directly with the Director, IT Audit, the Senior Internal Auditor is responsible for the following primary activities:
- Scoping, performing walkthroughs and testing of internal controls within the company’s business units to ensure compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act
- Assisting with risk assessments, planning, and scoping of IT-related audits and reviews around Cybersecurity, Data Governance, System Pre/Post implementations and IT Governance
- Analyzing the design and operating efficiency of information technology controls around enterprise systems, financial applications, and infrastructures in hosted and cloud environments with regard to security, scalability, and performance and their impact on the business
- Planning and completing audit programs and preparing detailed work papers to document the results of operational and SOX reviews
- Communication of findings and recommendations to all levels of departmental and operating unit management through concisely written reports and oral presentations
- Serve as the IA lead and subject matter authority on Cybersecurity risk developing positive relationships across the Corporate and Label Infosec teams and collaborate on value-add projects
- Developing relationships with IT first line support and information security personnel to identify control gaps and recommend changes in processes/systems to ensure enterprise systems align with business, operational and regulatory requirements
- Assisting on special projects as assigned e.g., cybersecurity assessments, program reviews, investigations, data analysis, etc.
- Developing and fostering strong professional relationships within the Company
- Developing cross-functional audit abilities and providing subject matter expertise to non-IT auditors on embedded IT process and control areas during financial/operational audits
- Taking a proactive role in departmental continuous improvement initiatives
What you bring
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, or in a consulting capacity
- Undergrad in an IT specialization; Preferably a CISA/CISM/CISSP
- Basic experience with Networking, Database Management, IT support, SaaS platforms and ERP systems
- An individual who has SOX experience as well as advisory/consulting experience and with versatile skillsets to work on varying types of engagements and multi-task
- Experience in the entertainment/media/tech/gaming sector preferred but not required
- Prior experience in JD Edwards, Hyperion, Oracle applications or other comparable tools
- Experience in Cybersecurity and/or performing cybersecurity reviews is a plus

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,700 and $102,900 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
