Job Description
To support its growth, the Talent Aquisition team is looking for a recruitment assistant (F/ M/ NB).
Within the Talent Acquisition team, you will intervene, in support of Talent aquisition specialists, at each stage of the recruitment for interns and candidates specialised in video games.
You will also have the opportunity to participate, under the responsibility of the Campus Manager, in leading school relations.
Finally, under the direct responsibility of the manager f the team, you will intervene occasionally on the cross-functional activities of the pole.
Your missions will be as follows:
Recruitment
- Write, update and broadcast ads on the appropriate platforms,
- With the help of your manager, develop a recruitment strategy and organize the selection process,
- Carry out the selection of applications and phone screens,
- Manage the organisation of technical tests,
- Organize candidate / manager interviews,
- Provide full feedback to all candidates to ensure the best candidate experience,
- Follow up on unsolicited applications,
Campus Management
- Prepare our interventions in schools, update our presentations,
- organise the travel arrangements of the speakers,
- manage logistics and follow billing for events
- Participate in forums to represent Ubisoft Bordeaux
- Ensure the reporting of events
Transversal missions
- Update of monitoring and reporting tables,
- Update and creation of recruitment process
- Monitoring best practices in recruitment
- Participation in the organization of recruitment events
Qualifications
- Student with a higher education in recruitment, you will ideally benefit from a first experience in recruitment
- You have an excellent command of English, both oral and written, you master Excel
- You have a real interest in the Entertainment sector and / or new technologies
- You are recognized for your sense of communication, curiosity, your sense of analysis and your thoroughness
- You have a positive state of mind and good interpersonal skills which allow you to develop quality relationships with your contacts.
- Adaptable, you like to evolve in a dynamic environment in perpetual change.
