Name of the job: Intern - Live Ops Specialist
**Note**: Final Designation / Level will be decided based on the relevant experience and interview ratings
Your Responsibilities:
- Define, set and track user stories through project management tool used (i.e. JIRA), following short term objectives set with the Live Ops Strategist
- Work with the technical team to build and improve the tools and capabilities
- Coordinate and set up the various in-game communication tools (assets creation, push notifications, ...) working with the Marketing & Community Management teams
- Work hand in hand with QA to triage game issues to deliver a flawless game to the end-user
- Proactively communicate the updates and blockers to team members and stakeholders
- Ensure that the defined plan comes to life on scheduled time within the game
- Analyze competitors and perform benchmarking to suggest trendy events and new features
Qualifications & Eligibility criteria
- 1-2 years of experience in any Business/Technical role.
- A deep interest in games, particularly mobile games.
- Skill in proactively identifying risks and making changes to the plan when necessary, with an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- An ability to work with a wide range of people, from QA to analytics to art to product.
