Role Summary

As an Intern Game Designer, you will add content to the game, create and improve game features. Design game systems and mechanics in line with the design and creative visions to achieve the best player experience. We need you to have enough passion for the game. This is an opportunity to contribute to the design and development of AAA products.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the intentions of the creative director for the player so as to design systems that are in keeping with the vision.
• Define the skills that the player must possess and their efficiency in overcoming the various obstacles.
• Formalize and document the systems in order to communicate them to the programming, artist and design teams.
• Work within the game engine tools to add content to the game.
• Takes part in prototyping and implementing the designs in the game.
• Focusing on the player experience as the ultimate metric for the quality of any feature and content.

Qualifications

Requirements

• You are available for a 6 months internship period at least.
• Enthusiasm and desire to work in the game development industry.
• Ability and desire to work in creative and collaborative teams.
• Ability to accept critique, ability to listen.
• Enough patience to overcome difficulties.
• Ability to write clear, concise documentation in English.
• Proficiency in basic software such as word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
• A big plus for candidates who had experience in designing games
