Intern Development Tester (Game)

Job Description

Summary:
Under the supervision of the lead tester, the intern game tester has the responsibility to test games at the end of production to assure that the product quality is as expected.

Main Responsibilities:
-Respect and execute daily/weekly test plans given by the lead tester.
-Identify, isolate and report anomalous behaviors (bugs) in a detailed manner.
-Evaluate the degree of severity and priority of identified bugs.
-Verify and validate corrections made by the development team.
-Generate periodically clear test reports.
-Supports the development team by reproducing bugs upon request.
-Communicate permanently with the test team and the lead tester.
-Take requests from lead tester for specific feature test.
-Generate and use documents that are necessary for test.

Qualifications

Requirements:
1) Education
University Students.
2) Experience
-Gaming experience on PC games is required.
-Gaming experience on mobile games will be considered an asset.
-Game tester experience is not required.
3) Technical Competency
-Good written English skills.
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook.
4) Core Competency

-Meticulous, rigorous and patient.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
