Intern (Creative Designer)

We are looking for a creative, passionate and motivated Creative Designer Intern to support the marketing department through a variety of channels – print, digital, web, and other marketing activities. The Creative Designer Intern will report to the Creative Lead and assist in the design development of core marketing and promotional materials for different clients within the company. You will also be assigned various website updates and social media platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely and collaborate with our marketing teams to come up with marketing promotions and campaigns.
• Assist in digital marketing activities (Social Media).
• Meets deadlines and contributes effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Design promotional and marketing materials for EDM, banner, brochure, social media, product campaign, and digital marketing campaign.
• Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to different clients within the company or management.
• Has the ability to visualize and conceive concepts, mock-ups or other design elements that contribute to the overall visual quality of the production.

Requirements

• Flexible, proactive, positive attitude and creative problem-solver.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and good multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suites, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere (optional) and Adobe After Effects (optional).
• Working knowledge of WordPress is an advantage.
• Conceptual understanding of HTML, CSS, and principles would be an advantage.
• This position is for Malaysian applicants only.
