We are seeking a talented Integration Manager to join our Integration Team here at Xsolla! The ideal candidate will be responsible for design and UX sensibility, and some understanding of how payments in gaming "should" work. The chosen candidate will have solid experience with APIs and know how to code. Applicants should expect to assist developers and technical personnel to rapidly debug their technical issues, and escalate or transfer as necessary - for this reason, ability to quickly diagnose basic technical issues and provide proper documentation is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate with technical leads as well as C-level executives and various stakeholders, project managers, and other decision makers on partner (client) side
  • You must be able to do some light coding and you will be coding in this role
  • You will be diagnosing issues using data dumps, technical logs, etc., and articulating useful information for solving these issues
  • Communicating issues to our internal team concisely and based on partner (client) feedback -- You are a team player and able to pass issues to the appropriate parties, or escalate when necessary
  • Command of online productivity tools (Confluence, JIRA, Basecamp, Google Translate, etc.) and ability to learn new tools as necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of integration
  • Workable technical problem-solving skills
  • Prior 3rd party solution integration experience, API (Application Programming Interface) experience a must
  • Passion for new technology, tools, methods, paradigms, especially as it relates to games and payments
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills plus s trong customer service/interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to immediately handle a significant workload and effectively prioritize projects with a high degree of autonomy; excellent time management skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities including effectively prioritizing a significant workload
  • Need to understand specific client needs and problem solve appropriately

Preferred

  • Multilingual proficiency (Our most-needed languages at this time are Chinese, Japanese, and Russian - but any additional language is great)
  • Experience with web or game programming (Unreal, Unity), or higher education in computer science (not a must, but a plus)
