Sales Development Representative

If you are a passionate, entrepreneurial-spirited individual with sales experience in SaaS or agency who enjoys taking a new product to market, this is the role for you.

Battlefy is bringing Esports to the world by powering tournaments, leagues, and other special events. We help leading brands deliver new and engaging Esports experiences for their customers.

This role reports directly to our Head of Sales and features a competitive mix of base compensation plus bonus/commission structure ideal for performance-driven individuals.

What will you do as an SDR at Battlefy?

• Perform outbound sales lead generation, helping to identify consumer brands looking to dive into the growing world of esports.
• As part of your outbound responsibilities, you will be responsible for the development of tactics that generate responses, drive interest in our products, and ultimately lead to qualified sales conversations.
• Collection and presentation of feedback from the marketplace to internal stakeholders, further driving product development.

Requirements

• Excellent communications skills.
• The ability to manage your time efficiently and effectively, in an effort to achieve quotas and continue moving the sales pipeline forward.
• Knowledge & ability to manage outreach proficiently, including the progression up to passing off to a sales lead for pitch & closing.
• Knowledge of platforms like LinkedIn and Salesforce.
• General awareness of the esports/gaming and consumer brand space is plus.
