Information Security Specialist [Operations]

Job Description
As an Information Security Specialist you'll be part of Ubisoft's global Security & Risk Management department. You'll be the primary driver for security onsite at one of Ubisoft's leading studios - Massive Entertainment. You'll work in close collaboration with studio execs, production leads, IT and programmers to maintain the high security needed when working on AAA-titles, such as Tom Clancy's The Division and our latest Avatar project. Driving the implementation of proper security best practices and security requirements.
Mission: Security subject matter expert for IT corporate project and game production environments.

Responsibilities
- Driving security activities related to Sweden, Nordic region and contributing to the global security effort.
- Managing the relationship with executives and key stakeholders to support the decision making process that could impact Ubisoft’s security.
- Managing the security of confidential production with strict security requirements.
- Creating and developing over time the office security program that will include a wide variety of topics (Asset security, IP protection, Physical security, Personal data security, Network security, etc.)
- Providing counsel and proposing security solutions integrated with IT and business processes.
- Enhancing IT security systems by driving the implementation of risk management requirements into global IT projects.
- Defining policies, standards and processes to ensure secure data management.
- Developing and contributing risk analysis methods for game production environments & IT projects.
- Carrying out security evaluations for the projects assigned.
- Interpreting potential or realized risks brought forth by new technologies introduced to daily operations. This will include the security management of cloud based tools and infrastructure used by the company.
- Participating in the global effort to evaluate and audit the security of our external partners.
Qualifications
You as a person
You're self-motivated and value quality in everything you do. A creative problem solver, whether relating to technical security issues or when managing stakeholders in a large organizational context. You're motivated to take on a high level of responsibility, are a great communicator in English and flexible to operate in an agile environment, available to travel if and when needed to other Ubisoft and 3rd party sites.
- Degree in computer science, related technical studies or equivalent work experience
- Experience from a similar position, not necessarily within the gaming industry
- General IT knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft and Linux/Unix operating systems
- Knowledge in Cryptography and network security
- Knowledge of the main aspects of computer security, including processes and technologies
- Pedagogical approach when interacting and communicating with representatives from different sectors and audiences
- Ability to make decisions quickly in a constantly changing environment
Bonus skills
- Technical or audit certification in computer security (CISSP, CISA, ect.)
- Experience managing a security program
- Experience developing corporate policies or guidelines
- Experience maintaining physical security environments
- Knowledge of scripting languages
- Knowledge of anti-piracy technologies
- 2-3 years experience in auditing or security consulting
