Information Security Project Manager

We are looking for an Information Security project manager to provide project management guidance while creating and aligning multiple projects in parallel. This role will include aligning high profile Security projects across multiple stakeholders. This person will be embedded with the technical Information Security team members, working to identify and establish priorities, scope, target completion and present status on a regular basis. This role will drive vulnerability and risk management initiatives and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure closure. This individual will be actively managing and prioritizing the team’s backlog in alignment with the Information Security team lead. This position will also include the management of monthly security steering committee meetings with senior management. This role requires the ability to work with multiple parallel priorities while ensuring security service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Intaking of InfoSec work and alignment of security initiatives from other teams
- Develop and manage schedules for projects, ensuring alignment with teams parallel priorities
- Working with InfoSec lead and other leads to identify key milestone deliverables, costs, and timelines
- Communicate effectively impacts of missed milestones and delay
- Create and deliver informative, well-organized and impactful presentations as well as project plans, reports, budgets, and other project documents.
- Act as a contact point for external teams when working with counterparts around the world to plan and deliver InfoSec product launches and integrations
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Degree from a four-year college (BS) in Software Technology, Engineering, IT or Information Security
- Possesses a solid understanding in the areas of Security, Internet, client/server technology, and gaming technology.
- Experience in the video game industry is not required, but interest in gaming is strongly desired.
- Experience in Information Security technology and implementation of security initiatives
- Ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence
- Ability to adapt and be effective in new situations a highly dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and possesses strong emotional intelligence skills
- Experience using different development methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.)
