Influencer Relations Manager

About the role

As an Influencer Relations Manager at Paradox, you will work with outreach and management for our extensive network of influencers and content creators, as well as with planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns for all of our brands. You will also contribute with expertise and guidance on influencer relations and influencer marketing across multiple departments at Paradox. Together with your closest colleagues, you are responsible for setting the influencer marketing plans and strategies for all of our brands - all the way from ideation & planning to follow-up and analysis.

The Influencer Relations Manager plays an integral role at Paradox, and is the central point of contact for key influencers and many of the content creators that we work with, fostering relations with some of our biggest evangelists. You will be part of the Paid Media Team, and also work in close relationships with all other marketing disciplines, especially Community and Public Relations.

To be a qualified candidate, we think that you:

• Have previous experience working with influencers and/or content creators
• Are interested in and know about the latest influencer trends, and the platform's influencers work with
• Are comfortable working with various stakeholders, and are used to working in a cross-functional setting.
• Ideally have experience in setting up contracts and negotiating terms with influencers directly
• Are passionate about gaming and the games industry - and even better if you are interested in Paradox’s games!

On a personal level, our ideal candidate is driven and dedicated, but also gentle and empathetic enough to work well both independently and in a team setting. We believe you are committed, creative, and have great communication skills. You are curious and eager to learn about new and upcoming trends in influencer management and influencer marketing.

Furthermore, the right candidate needs to have a reflective mindset and strong attention to detail; have the ability to take a step back and see the full picture as well as focus on the details, and how every little bit plays a part in the whole.

Scope: Full Time

Reports to: Manager of Paid Media

Location: The position is based in the Stockholm office, with weekly, optional "Work from home" days.
